Directors

Both directors are practising OKR specialists and senior project managers in their own right — every engagement is shaped and overseen by people who have run delivery themselves, not just advised on it.

Danielle Brown

Director

OKR PractitionerSenior Project Manager

Danielle brings a blend of consulting and in-house experience to every engagement, having led both OKR design and project delivery across a range of organisations. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management alongside Agile Project Management and Agile Business Analysis practitioner qualifications, and is a certified OKR Practitioner — giving her equal footing in shaping strategic direction and running the delivery that gets it there.

Emma Cruywagen

OKR PractitionerSenior Project Manager

Emma's background spans consulting and in-house roles, giving her a practical, ground-level understanding of how strategy and delivery actually connect inside an organisation. She is PRINCE2 Practitioner and ITIL certified, alongside her OKR Consultant accreditation, and leads equally on OKR design and hands-on project and programme delivery across North Star's engagements.

Resource pool

A bench of specialists, sized to the engagement.

Alongside the directors, North Star draws on a dedicated pool of delivery and coaching resource — scaled up or down depending on the shape and pace of the work.

Project Managers

Experienced delivery practitioners who scope, plan and run projects and programmes day to day — deployed according to the size and complexity of each engagement.

Administrators

Coordination and governance support — scheduling, reporting, documentation and stakeholder logistics — keeping engagements running smoothly behind the scenes.

Executive Coach

Dedicated leadership and team coaching support, working alongside strategy and delivery engagements to build lasting capability within client organisations.

How we resource engagements

Right-sized, not one-size-fits-all.

A short strategy engagement might be led directly by a director. A multi-workstream programme might draw on several project managers and administrative support in parallel, with a director retaining oversight throughout.

Either way, the same senior-led standard applies — you're never handed off to a team you haven't met.
