Our story
Named for the star that keeps you on course.
For centuries, navigators fixed on the North Star to hold a steady heading through changing seas. It's the idea at the heart of our name and our work: a clear, fixed point of reference that keeps an organisation moving in the right direction, whatever the conditions.
We founded North Star after years spent watching capable organisations set strong strategies — and struggle to deliver them. Not for want of talent or intent, but for want of a disciplined, human way to translate ambition into everyday action.
Based in the Isle of Man, we bring the analytical rigour of the major strategy houses together with the pace, warmth and personal attention only a strategy execution consultancy firm can offer. We take on a deliberately small number of engagements so that each one gets the focus it deserves.
